FAQ
Questions people actually ask.
What do you actually do?
We build the follow-up your business doesn't have time for. Quotes get chased until you get an answer, invoices get reminders, appointments get confirmations, paperwork gets collected. All of it from your own email address, on the tools you already use.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small service businesses in Texas and Oklahoma: trades, contractors, home services, shops, clinics, agencies. Usually one to ten people, usually with one person handling all the office work. If you send quotes and chase paperwork, you're in the right place.
Do I have to learn new software?
No. That's the point. Everything runs through the email address and phone number you already use. Your customers click a link or reply. No app, no password, nothing to download.
How is this different from the software I already pay for?
Most tools help you send things. They don't chase them. If you're still the one following up on a quote from three weeks ago, you bought a filing cabinet, not the work.
Will it sound automated?
We write it in your words and send it from your address. Most customers never know. You approve every message before anything goes out.
How long does setup take?
About a week from the go-ahead to a live test. Your total time in it is under two hours, including the kickoff call.
What does it cost?
One-time setup plus a flat monthly fee, month-to-month after that. It depends on your size and how much you want automated, and we'll quote it on the first call.
Who do I talk to when something breaks?
Kyle or Brennan. There are two of us and we both answer the phone. Email gets a same-business-day reply.
What happens to my data?
It lives in your accounts, not ours. If you ever stop working with us, your files, your history and your customer list stay exactly where they are.
