Why is there a setup fee?
Installation is real work. Your branding, your wording, your folder structure, connecting it to your accounts, and a live test with you watching. The setup fee covers that once; the monthly keeps it running, monitored and updated.
What should I compare this to?
The jobs you didn't win because nobody followed up. If one recovered quote a month covers it, the rest is upside.
Do I need new software?
No. It runs on the email and phone number you already use. Your customers click a link or reply to a message. Nothing to install, nothing to learn.
Can I cancel?
